We guide you through every step: sharing ideas, building your CAD design, selecting gemstones, and viewing a 3D prototype before you commit.
We source all our diamonds and coloured stones individually, so we can match your specifications for quality and size.

Step 1: Consultation
The bespoke jewellery process begins with our designers understanding your dreams and vision. We'll discuss what's achievable within your time, budget and requirements.
Bring pictures or inspiration, and we'll often show you similar elements from our extensive stock to confirm your preferences. Our large holding means we frequently have the perfect stones already available at competitive prices.
If we don't have a specific diamond or gemstone in stock, our relationships with specialist merchants give us unlimited access to source exactly what you need.
Our designers work to translate your imagination into reality, crafting a piece that's uniquely yours.
Step 2: CAD
Our designers use the industry-leading computer animated design (CAD) programme. This means that the person you speak to and share your vision with will be ideally placed to build your idea into reality.
The technicalities and intricacies of such a powerful design programme ensure that our designers are able to achieve an accurate recreation of your desired item of jewellery.
By the very nature of the CAD design process, the design will be built, checked on the system for safety of stones within the design and then rendered, providing clients with an accurate image of their vision.
Step 3: Prototype
Once your CAD design is approved, we produce a prototype within days. You'll see a detailed 3D model with stones positioned to show the finished effect. This gives you the chance to make any final adjustments before we proceed to production.
Because you're involved at every stage, your design often evolves into something even more special than you originally imagined.
Step 4: Completion
Upon completion, your bespoke piece is quality checked by our designers for precision and security. Once approved, we'll contact you to arrange fitting and collection.
We offer insurance valuation and itemised receipts on request. All our jewellery includes complimentary cleaning and checking for life — we recommend bringing your piece in twice yearly to maintain its sparkle and ensure settings and stones remain secure.
